2. Description of Service

REX Pay provides cryptocurrency payment processing services that enable merchants to accept digital asset payments. REX Pay is a non-custodial service — we do not hold or control merchant funds at any time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts to use REX Pay services. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Merchant Responsibilities

As a merchant using REX Pay, you are responsible for:

• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintaining accurate account information
• Securing your API keys and credentials
• Providing accurate product/service descriptions to your customers

5. Fees

REX Pay charges a processing fee per successful transaction as outlined on our pricing page. Fees are subject to change with notice. Network fees (blockchain transaction fees) are separate and paid to the respective blockchain network.

6. Limitation of Liability

REX Pay is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
